Oceanview (Guangdong) Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. successfully hosted its first internal training session on “Effective Use of Large Language Models (LLMs)” as part of the company’s broader digital transformation initiative.
The session, led by our Digital Specialist, brought together more than 20 management personnel and key sales representatives across departments, marking an important milestone in Oceanview’s journey toward building a more efficient and future-ready organization. Designed as the first course in an ongoing AI capability-building series, the training introduced practical frameworks, best-practice methodologies, and standardized guidelines to help employees leverage AI more confidently and responsibly in their daily work.
Empowering Teams with Practical AI Frameworks
During the 1-hour workshop, participants learned how to maximize the value of LLMs through Oceanview’s structured approach, including:
Role + Scenario + Constraints Framework — improving accuracy and context alignment for professional outputs.
Example-Driven Framework — using reference samples to significantly enhance content quality.
2. Five Techniques to Improve Output Quality
Participants were also introduced to five high-impact prompting techniques, such as reflective questioning, multi-option comparison, iterative refinement, structured formatting through Markdown, and the “role-chain” method where multiple expert personas collaboratively solve a task.
These tools and methods were immediately recognized by attendees as practical, highly applicable, and empowering for their daily responsibilities across sales, marketing, procurement, engineering, production, quality control, and administration.
Building a Responsible AI Culture
A key part of the training emphasized the importance of compliance, data safety, and responsible usage. Oceanview introduced its internal three red-line rules for AI usage:
No input of confidential company information.
Numerical or factual outputs must always be validated.
AI-generated content must be reviewed and refined before external publication.
These guidelines ensure that as the company accelerates its adoption of AI tools, it does so with discipline, safety, and professionalism.
